* To report animal abuse, neglect or cruelty in Blair County at any time, call our Humane Officer at 942-3780. Be prepared to provide your name and phone number as well as the nature of the situation and the address. Anonymous calls or calls with incomplete information will not be addressed. If you are reporting an emergency after hours or on weekends or holidays please call your state or local police department.
