July 5: Antique & Custom Car "Cruise In" at Bikers for Barkers

Join Bikers for Barkers at Jaffa Shrine on July 5th from 3 PM to 8 PM. With a donation of $ 1.00 per car, you will receive a complimentary Door Prize Ticket to win great Car-related Door Prizes. Fresh Bark Clothing Sale!

Tuesday, 7/7/09: Fresh Bark clothing 'bag' sale begins. Bring your own bag, and get ready for a deal! Fill a "tall' kitchen trash bag for $10, or a "large" sized trash bag for only $20. This is a wonderful opportunity to recharge your wardrobe and help the shelter animals!

Pet owners now have new options for a variety of veterinary services.

The clinic is open Saturdays from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm for walk-in services, no appointments necessary. Services are available to all pet owners. >> Read More

Welcome to the Central PA Humane Society website, serving Blair and surrounding counties in Central PA. CPHS is non-profit organization dedicated to helping animals and people. Our primary goal is to find loving homes for adoptable animals.

With support from you and our local community we provide food, shelter, medical care, and love to more than 5,000 animals each year. Join us in making a difference!

Our Services

The Central PA Humane Society offers pet owners a variety of veterinary services and products at affordable prices.

Services and products include vaccination and microchip clinics, educational programs in schools, low cost spay and neuter programs for low income pet owners, parasite checks, dewormer, flea medication and much more.
